Skills:
Seeking Arrows(marksmanship) To get rid of Blockers/evade
Distracting Shot~dont need i use for rez sig distract~can use mostly any other skill
Brambles(wilderness survival)To give an extra 5 dmg and bleed every kd
Thunderclap ELITE (air)
Shock(air)For a fast kd when you run out of energy from thunderclap
Blinding Flash(air)For those pesky melee builds-WATCH OUT FOR W/N Plague touch!!!
Windborne Speed(air)Dont need but good to use on a monk fleeing from melee
Rez Sig(duuuh always)

Notes & Concerns: Ok so on this build you want to get Brambles up ASAP because the 5 sec casting can kill you

but also remeber you need to get close to your enemy so it effects them. The main flaws in this build are blind, anti kd stances(almost never see em) and de hexers. This build is great against anything even touchers but just be sure to have seeking arrows for them or youll never get to kd em
